A documentary film which charts the remarkable story of ex St Elizabeth’s pupil Andy Grant will be shown on ITV.
Andy broke both of his arms and legs and lost 6 pints of blood when he was injured by an improvised explosive device in Afghanistan in 2009.
After a long and painful battle to keep his right leg, he was forced to have an operation to get it amputated in 2010.
Since then, the former Royal Marine has become an inspirational speaker and athlete.
Last year Andy broke the 10,000 metre world record for below the knee amputees.
The documentary will be shown on ITV on Wednesday 26th April.
